OrganoKit keeps organoids in place through every media change

High-precision organoid culture chip and kit
OrganoKit is AiderBio's first product. It is a slide-format 3D culture kit with 18 independent wells, each built around our Port Pocket structure and a honeycomb microwell array.
It fits a standard microscope slide holder, so cultures can be imaged at every time point without being transferred.

Port Pocket system
A separate pocket takes the pipette tip, so the force of the media stream never reaches the organoids.
Honeycomb microwells
Closely packed microwells promote aggregation and give organoids of uniform size.
3D zone separation
The culture and pipetting zones sit at different heights, removing flow interference during media exchange.
Coating-free
Start 3D culture right away, without an extracellular matrix pre-coating step.
How the Port Pocket works
The pipette tip enters a pocket beside the culture zone. Fresh media rises over a partition and spreads slowly across the culture zone, while organoids stay settled in their microwells below.
Patent application No. 10-2026-0112592.
